Pampas has brought the Brazilian Grille concept of
dining to the strip. Brazilian Grills often offer a buffet-style
appetizer portion of the meal followed by hot meats served at the table.
Pampas is traditional and delicious and the best part is, it’s
all-you-can-eat. Pampas is basically like a buffet served right to your
table. At pampas you are given small business card sized markers with
one side green and one side red. As you begin your meal you place the
card red-side up, this signals the meat servers to wait as you enjoy the
salad bar and cold entrees brought to your table by the waiters. These
entrees include salads, veggies, cheeses, and bite-sized appetizers all
served with a Brazilian twist.
After you’ve finished your appetizers turn the card green side up and
watch servers rush to your table offering different samplings of meat
skewers. Some inclusions are turkey wrapped in bacon, ham and pineapple,
skirt steak, ribs, and much more. The servers keep coming and coming
offering different items each time. All items come with an explanation
as well. If you like one in particular—then keep eating it! Or try a
little of everything. The meal is completely up to the diner. This Grill
is tropical themed with a revolutionary idea in dining that is
completely unique and a must try!
